Rental Policy
Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of 25% of total rent is required to secure the rental date. This deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days of checkout, provided no damage is found and all cleaning expectations have been met.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date will receive a full refund of the damage deposit.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will forfeit the damage deposit.
Cleaning Responsibilities
Hall/Lodge Floors and Bathrooms: A cleaner will handle the final cleaning of floors and bathrooms. Tenants are not responsible for cleaning these areas.
Kitchen and Dishes: Tenants are responsible for thoroughly cleaning the kitchen, including all countertops, appliances, and sinks. All dishes, cookware, and utensils must be cleaned, dried, and returned to their designated storage areas.
Tables and Chairs: Tenants must return all tables and chairs to the storage room as they were upon arrival.
Waste Disposal
Tenants are responsible for gathering and disposing of all garbage and recycling in the designated bins.
Additional Charges
If any cleaning duties are not completed as specified, an additional fee may be deducted from the damage deposit to cover the costs of extra cleaning services.
